Repeat Prescriptions

Please request repeat prescriptions by either:

• posting the computer request slip you will receive with each prescription to us
  
• faxing the computer request slip you will receive with each prescription to us
  
• e-mail us at BACCG.EVERGREEN@nhs.net
  
• on-line via Emis Access - please click on the image below to login
  
• call into the surgery in person
  

If you wish the prescription to be posted, enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

Processing will take 48 hours for repeat prescriptions.

For patients’ safety, receptionists are not allowed to take your request over the phone.
